The Food Medicine was founded on the belief that food is one of the most powerful tools we have to achieve optimal health. 

Our goal is to bridge the gap between traditional natural food and  the natural healing potential found in everyday foods. 


Our founder Jenny Zhao is passionate about exploring the science behind the food-as-medicine movement, uncovering how specific foods can prevent, manage, and even reverse certain health conditions. Our content is grounded in research and crafted to be accessible, practical, and engaging.
